"Yiddishe Mama"

In order to reflect on Ukrainian Jews and Jews of Ukraine, 75 years after Babi Yar, I wanted to show the revival of Jewish life in the country. I traveled to Dnipro(petrovsk) and met with a vibrant local community. I met with the young and the old - and with the oldest.img_6376Ida Samolovna Tzypkina is 94 years-old. She talks - she has many things to say - and to sing.
